Users who have forgotten or want to change their password may use this page to create a new password for their account.
After entering some basic indentifying information, a user may either answer a series of security questions or have an email sent to them with a link to change their password.
If you decide to have an email sent to you, it will be sent to the email address you gave during registration or, if you have edited your preferences, to the email address set in your preferences page.
Please note that only users who have given an email address to MyAlabama.gov may use the email method for changing their password. All users may use the security question method.
